I didn’t need that stoopid widget anyway. All I need is… is this ashtray. And this paddle game. That’s all I need.

Right, then. I think I have figured out how to have my cake and eat it two. I think there are probably some minor style issues that I’m not going to worry about, but at least my MLS table hasn’t completely screwed things up…
I think. Let me know if it’s still broke on your end.

Yeah… so I think I’ve messed with the theme more than I’ve actually posted lately. Such is life sometimes.
Came across this one recently. Like the overall feel. I like having the ability to add my own images to the header easily. I like the fact that my library pages aren’t busted.
Thats all cool.
A Bit of Style

OK, I’ve been mucking about while on vacation, and this is what I’ve got so far. Bearing in mind I’ve only viewed the thing in Firefox for Mac, the content and structure are pretty much there. Lots of styling and details needed.
Whadya think? I’ll take any feedback you want to offer.
Here are a couple more specific questions for those of you with skills in this area:
- Look at my date boxes? Right now the border doesn’t go all the way to the bottom. It does go all the way around, but it doesn’t look like it. The extra “margin” built in for letters that drop below the line sticks out beyond my bottom border. Ideas?
- Right now I’m using “the_excerpt,” but I don’t like how it strips formatting. Suggestions that don’t involve manually adding the “more” tag every time?
- Finally, assuming my right sidebar displays above the fold, I’d like to “fix” it so it doesn’t scroll, like the header image. Thoughts?
Hmmm… I’ve Got No Style

Appears I lost my style when I upgraded WordPress. Ah, well. Maybe this’ll force me to get back to the adjustments I wanted to make instead of sitting on what I had in place.
[Update] OK, I’ve got a bit of style back.
